Maintain, repair, and diagnose complex heavy equipment and aerial lifts for a modern fleet. Use the company’s T3 technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and determine root causes and corrective actions. Work onsite in Abilene with Monday–Friday hours plus overtime and possible on-call scheduling, assisting with documentation and training as needed.

•Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
•Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system issues and determine root cause and corrective action.
•Maintain accurate daily paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
•Assist with training lower-level technicians and travel to customer job sites when required.
