Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical expert for Qventus product suite by translating requirements into technical specifications and building configuration plans.
•Lead end-to-end implementations for Inpatient Operations and Surgical Growth, validating clinical data sources and managing lifecycle through unit testing and customer sign-off.
•Develop, execute, refine, and optimize advanced SQL queries to validate data quality and system behavior using warehouses and relational databases.
•Build and configure EMR/EHR integrations, including monitoring mechanisms and automated alerts to prevent production data quality issues.
•Provide production support post-deployment by monitoring support channels, owning issue resolution, and coordinating across internal teams while also collaborating on integration interoperability and root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience using modern programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python with strong code quality.
•Demonstrated experience building, debugging, and enhancing production healthcare data transformation pipelines, with high proficiency in SQL and at least one modern data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, BigQuery).
•Translate hospital (inpatient and/or surgical) requirements into technical designs and execute across multiple technologies in fast-paced environments (AWS preferred).
•Understand healthcare data structures for hospital operations (bed management, patient flow, OR scheduling, or surgical case volume) and familiarity with relational database technologies including Redshift and RDS.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues to clinical leadership, hospital IT teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
