Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical expert for Qventus product suite by translating requirements into technical specifications and building configuration plans.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementations for Inpatient Operations and Surgical Growth, validating clinical data sources and managing lifecycle through unit testing and customer sign-off.
  • •Develop, execute, refine, and optimize advanced SQL queries to validate data quality and system behavior using warehouses and relational databases.
  • •Build and configure EMR/EHR integrations, including monitoring mechanisms and automated alerts to prevent production data quality issues.
  • •Provide production support post-deployment by monitoring support channels, owning issue resolution, and coordinating across internal teams while also collaborating on integration interoperability and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience using modern programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python with strong code quality.
  • •Demonstrated experience building, debugging, and enhancing production healthcare data transformation pipelines, with high proficiency in SQL and at least one modern data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, BigQuery).
  • •Translate hospital (inpatient and/or surgical) requirements into technical designs and execute across multiple technologies in fast-paced environments (AWS preferred).
  • •Understand healthcare data structures for hospital operations (bed management, patient flow, OR scheduling, or surgical case volume) and familiarity with relational database technologies including Redshift and RDS.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues to clinical leadership, hospital IT teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
