Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide necessary tax-related information to external tax advisors for federal and multi-state tax returns and preparation of quarterly estimates.
  • •Review and filing of federal and multi-state tax returns with external tax advisors.
  • •Prepare the annual tax provision and oversee maintenance of major tax accounts in accordance with ASC 740, FIN 48, etc.
  • •Manage tax-related audits and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • •Coordinate responses to notices and processing of refund checks from taxing authorities
