Associate Process Engineer - Chicago

Support senior engineers on food manufacturing process development and commercialization work. Apply MOPD methodology to define manufacturing processes that meet consumer, quality, and cost objectives, including identifying physical/chemical/biological transformations. Execute bench-top and pilot plant testing, analyze results, and provide process recommendations under supervision. Maintain detailed records and contribute insights based on consumer trends while ensuring safety and food-safety standards.
