Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies for safe working procedures.
•Assist the construction/paving crew with tasks such as shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow work, and digging/spreading/leveling materials.
•Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials.
•Support traffic control by assisting with placement, moving, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other devices.

Key Requirements
