Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preconstruction and design activities including gathering requirements, assembling design teams, and performing early site due diligence.
  • •Develop and manage construction and maintenance budgets, and work with Finance/FP&A on cash flow forecasting and executive financial reporting.
  • •Create contracting strategies and structures that align incentives, reduce change-order disputes, and allocate risk fairly while protecting the company’s interests.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for construction-related matters across programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations.
  • •Coordinate external contractors, consultants, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction and run alignment meetings with external project management teams.
