Job Summary

Provide holistic compensation and benefits (C&B) solutions for the North Asia region (Japan and Korea) within the Global Total Rewards team. Manage benefits review and compensation initiatives, monitor competitive trends, and guide HR partners and people managers on rewards programs, policies, and equity communications. Serve as an internal expert for the annual compensation cycle and support governance such as job architecture and variable/incentive pay design for retail/store populations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage talent across North Asia markets.
•Manage benefits review projects and compensation initiatives, including rewards program design, optimization, and cross-border offers as applicable.
•Monitor compensation and benefits competitive trends and recommend strategies to keep programs competitive.
•Provide consultative support to HR business partners, people managers, and business leaders on reward programs, policies, and equity communications.
•Act as the internal expert for the annual compensation cycle and support governance such as year-end processes, job architecture, and variable pay design for retail/store populations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards.
•Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making with sound business acumen.
•Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across business units.
•Strong consultative approach and excellent judgment, with proven problem-solving and critical thinking.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems; fluency in English and Japanese.
