Supply Chain Contract Manager

Manage the administration, governance, and performance of the Client Partner supply chain’s contractual arrangements. Oversee subcontract, teaming, and collaboration agreements; ensure head-contract obligations are flowed down and monitored; and maintain a Subcontractor Management Plan with consistent integrated processes. Coordinate contract changes, notices, claims, and dispute-avoidance support, while partnering with Finance, Resourcing, and Commercial Leads and engaging Legal, Governance, Risk, and Executive Leadership.
