Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale data center projects from pre-construction through hand-off. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost, and trade partners to validate sequencing and feasibility, and create multiple scope-based schedule scenarios until lease signing. Perform detailed schedule analysis, recovery planning, KPI tracking, and earned value/delay impact support while facilitating schedule review meetings and helping transition from Microsoft Project to P6 EPPM.
