Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all commercial and contractual activities across assigned programme workstreams.
  • •Develop contract strategies, oversee tendering and negotiations, and ensure alignment with client governance requirements.
  • •Manage cost planning, forecasting, benchmarking, performance reporting, and change control.
  • •Ensure strong commercial stewardship across the full lifecycle of the programme.
  • •Oversee the development and maintenance of the Master Programme and capital budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • •Professional membership (e.g., SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland, APM).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure or capital programmes.
  • •Significant commercial leadership experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • •Experience working with NEC4, FIDIC or public sector contract frameworks.
