Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver units against schedule by sequencing builds around part availability, setting daily floor priorities, and escalating when builds stall.
  • •Lead and develop assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers by establishing quality standards and growth paths.
  • •Reduce build hours through process design, fixturing, and improved documentation across high-mix, high-complexity assembly.
  • •Move new hardware platforms from engineering release into producible builds by running pilot builds and feeding back manufacturability issues to design.
  • •Stand up platform-specific processes and fixtures, and maintain controlled work instructions and build documentation as designs change.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 300,000

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in manufacturing or NPI engineering for complex electromechanical hardware, especially low-volume, high-complexity production.
  • •Direct experience taking a product from prototype into repeatable production.
  • •Experience leading technicians and engineers (formally or as a lead) with a genuine interest in developing people.
  • •Fluency with PLM and BOM systems, with judgment to keep BOM data trustworthy as designs evolve.
  • •Hands-on process development experience (fixture design, assembly method development, tooling selection) plus ownership of work instructions and build documentation under revision control.
