Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer onboarding end-to-end: set expectations, design workflows/features, drive implementation, educate users and manage relationships.
  • •Become a Hypotenuse AI product expert to ensure customers get the best workflows and systems, guiding future development beyond current features.
  • •Create new systems to stay organized as customers scale: track requirements, timelines and drive execution.
  • •Help drive iteration and design of new product features.
  • •Potentially travel to meet customers in person (typically in the US).
