Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NPI engineering builds, including qual, pilot, verification builds, and alternate quals across the full product lifecycle through EOL.
  • •Align with GTM/BU on product roadmap, POR, and priorities; develop and coordinate launch schedules and plans.
  • •Conduct regular meetings and trackers with CMs and Engineering/BU to manage build progress, adjust schedules, and shift priorities.
  • •Identify and resolve gaps/blockers via readiness reviews; coordinate unexpected/unplanned issues affecting materials, build disruption, or customer complaints.
  • •Work with CRB to review and implement changes for sustaining products; train and enable new CMs/sites and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 8 years of program management experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment, preferably high-tech/computer-related.
  • •Knowledge of world-class supply chain management practices.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; Power BI is a plus.
  • •Ability to flex and adapt in a rapidly and constantly changing environment.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills, including working independently under pressure and as a team player.
