Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel up to 75% to perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies at supplier sites and incoming inspection areas.
  • •Select and utilize standard gauges/tools to ensure quality and inspect feature tolerances to required accuracy.
  • •Perform complex inspections on purchased mechanical parts, components, assemblies, and materials.
  • •Resolve nonconformance and documentation issues and assess compliance to company and industry standards; support QMS policies and procedure documentation.
  • •Support inspection plans and supplier corrective action processes, including verifying corrective action implementation, and collaborate to drive continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Key Requirements
