Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders to define systems strategy, gather and document requirements, and scope solution initiatives across Business Systems.
  • •Own solution and technical design across NetSuite, Salesforce, and integrated applications, including build/configure/buy trade-offs and integration patterns.
  • •Develop test strategy and test cases (functional, integration, regression, UAT), coordinate testing, and drive defects to resolution.
  • •Lead delivery through cutover, hypercare, and handoff to support, ensuring solutions are adopted and working; troubleshoot and drive issues to root cause.
  • •Establish solution design standards and governance (change management, environment/release management, access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails) and provide end-user training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years designing and deploying NetSuite solutions in enterprise environments, including hands-on configuration and extension.
  • •Direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Clouds, including data models, objects, and workflows and how they integrate with ERP systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Workato or similar), including integration design patterns, error handling, and monitoring.
  • •Strong functional knowledge of financial/accounting processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report).
  • •Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into delivered solutions in complex, integrated environments.
