Source, coach, and lead a team and model ethical conduct while supporting community initiatives.

•Complete FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.

•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies; model ethical behavior and support community activities.

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
