Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the international requirements pipeline for Firefly, including product parity, cultural relevance, and regional model behavior.
  • •Partner with a project manager for Firefly international readiness to set priorities for product experience improvements and growth.
  • •Define and track market-specific quality and adoption metrics such as regional MAU and market sentiment/NPS.
  • •Engage with regional collaborators, GTM, and research partners to surface market-specific workflows and gaps.
  • •Collaborate with research on evaluation datasets tuned to market-specific language, cultural, and content nuances; analyze adoption, quality, and sentiment by market and report to leadership.
