Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system on site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit work inspection requests (WIRs) for construction activities, and ensure inspection and test plans/method statements are submitted according to the approved ITP plan.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; raise NCR to suppliers for substandard material and include inspection records in monthly quality reports.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update relevant teams on job status, maintain weekly progress data, and ensure test results and mill certificates are available.
  • •Support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction; 2 years in GCC is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards and systems including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •In-depth knowledge of QMS/IMS and quality management system procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification; bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
