Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead AI solution architectures for product delivery, including LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
  • •Manage and coach tech leads and engineers across teams on AI architecture principles, patterns, and designs to mitigate risks and mature the tech stack.
  • •Develop and maintain generative AI platform solution architecture documentation for platform-level governance and technology governance.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements and serve as a primary point of contact to ensure accurate information flow.
  • •Establish architectural governance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards; prototype and validate new AI capabilities while balancing enterprise-grade compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solution design and deployment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification, plus AI/ML certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, TensorFlow Developer) preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
