You’ll analyze, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve operational issues across applications, networks, and systems, including post-incident reviews and 2nd-level technical support. The role also involves monitoring batch scheduled jobs, developing process monitoring tools, and investigating real-time trade issues with internal and external parties in a fast-paced environment.
