Support guests with special needs and assist during emergencies, while participating in venue recycling and sustainability efforts to help keep the experience safe, orderly, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, help guests locate seats, and examine tickets for entry.
•Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and a presentable guest experience.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and verify ticket/pass authenticity.
•Assist guests with special needs, including seat accommodations, and guide guests during emergencies.
•Participate in venue recycling and sustainability programs, and help with end-of-show tasks such as collecting recyclables and storing equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guests.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, with occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs+
