Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production line/department operations to follow procedures and meet production schedules, efficiency, and budget objectives.
  • •Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency, support ergonomics, and ensure schedules are met.
  • •Ensure accurate daily reporting (departmental reports, attendance/staffing, yields) is completed and recorded.
  • •Identify and communicate process optimization opportunities and participate in implementing process improvements.
  • •Mentor, coach, and train employees; administer performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions consistently while maintaining safety initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of manufacturing experience; 3+ years in food manufacturing or poultry industry preferred.
  • •1+ years of leadership experience (timekeeping requirements, policy adherence, conflict resolution) with 3+ years preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMP, and HACCP.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree with relevant course work preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
