Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Proactively outreach and follow up, process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital self-service offerings, educating clients to improve the overall client experience with operational accuracy.
