Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of inspection duties monitoring vendor repair of engine/module subassemblies and components.
  • •Verify repair work conforms to technical manuals, operation sheets, and engineering requirements without endangering safety of engine hardware.
  • •Review technical manual data and service repair operation sheets to ensure proper and complete adherence to defined repair processes.
  • •Confirm forms, tags, and vendor serviceability per established process and take required measurements during inspection.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections, review and archive production/quality control paperwork, and enter quality control data into the computer database.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • •Experience in an F119 engine overhaul and repair environment, including SAP (preferred).
  • •Experience using precision measuring equipment and techniques (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and interpret F119 technical data and engine manuals (preferred).
