Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs on light to heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment
•Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine electronics, and drivetrain systems using handheld tools and diagnostics
•Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions; conduct road tests to verify repairs
•Manage parts inventory on the service truck and document work performed with RO photos using TRAIT app
•Comply with safety, health, and environmental policies (OSHA/EPA/DOT) and coordinate with management for approvals and scheduling

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ related experience; alternative combinations allowed
•Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required duties
•Obtain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification T8 within eighteen (18) months
•Must be able to pass DOT/FMCSA pre-employment background check and DOT physical; may need a valid DOT medical card
•Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
