Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in establishing processes and practices to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
  • •Provide thought leadership on innovation and automation for deliverables and field communication with HQ.
  • •Guide delivery team personnel on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc quick-turnaround tasks.
  • •Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, challenges, and pathways to resolution.
  • •Review project deliverables and artifacts for compliance and adherence to team quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience).
  • •12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a master’s degree).
  • •Direct experience in a law enforcement environment and with ICE-specific data and processes.
  • •Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required).
  • •Preferred: direct experience managing a program team of 20+ personnel across multiple on-site work locations.
