Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems).
•Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues across multiple sites.
•Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems.
•Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
•Use BMS to monitor performance, provide remote troubleshooting support, and review reports (startup, testing, balancing) to verify system performance.
