Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to construct frameworks such as walls, floors, and door/window frames.
  • •Install structures and fixtures including doors, cabinets, drywall, and trim.
  • •Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repairs as needed.
  • •Assist with or perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks and support concrete work such as forming, pouring, and finishing.
  • •Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery while inspecting and replacing damaged structures and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a carpenter or construction worker.
  • •Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods, with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

  • •Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems (preferred) and experience with concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing) (a plus).
