Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers in industrial and residential areas. Operate ready mix trucks safely and efficiently with minimal direct supervision, following dispatch instructions and company policies. Perform daily pre/post trip inspections, maintain vehicle mileage logs, monitor gauges, and provide minor servicing and maintenance. Ensure product quality, maintain a clean vehicle, and meet safety, DOT, and workplace requirements including PPE.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers.
•Operate ready mix trucks safely and efficiently, including monitoring gauges during operation.
•Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and maintain documentation per DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload materials and assure product quality to the best of ability.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain daily mileage logs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
•2+ years experience driving a mixer truck preferred.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.

•Must possess a valid DOT medical card and comply with safety requirements (OSHA/MSHA, PPE).
