Job Summary

FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning process, performance analysis, and provide insights for local leadership decisions. Will engage in scenario analysis, profitability and investments, interact with multiple areas including global finance, and develop financial models and business cases to guide prioritization of projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support local leadership in building financial scenarios and analyzing growth alternatives, providing structured analyses to support decision-making, and collaborating with the global finance team on planning-related topics.
•Assist the development of pricing models, analyzing profitability by client, contract and service type, and contributing to understanding key business financial drivers.
•Support budget, forecast, long-term planning processes, maintain financial models and analyze variances between actual and planned results to identify root causes and propose improvements.
•Interact with operational and commercial teams to understand revenue and costs, provide financial support for operational and commercial decisions, and ensure smooth collaboration with local stakeholders and global teams.
•Manage accruals, maintain cost centers, intercompany transactions, and assist in contract management with help from the legal team; ensure compliance with internal policies and improve financial processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree would be a plus.
•Previous experience in FP&A, controlling, or related areas, experience or exposure to pricing or profitability analysis.
•Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders, fluency in English, with the ability to operate in an international corporate environment.
•Participation in business case development or investment analysis and involvement in planning processes or financial scenario building.
•Previous interaction with business areas to support decision-making, strong analytical skills, structured thinking, problem-solving orientation and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
