Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage physical plant functions, construction, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of CityWalk, CityWalk O&O and Parking Operations.
  • •Manage and standardize maintenance department operations Hilltop-wide by allocating and coordinating labor and non-labor resources for maximum efficiency.
  • •Oversee day-to-day maintenance of physical plant assets, equipment, utilities, grounds, and testing of emergency systems.
  • •Manage union hourly technicians and the CityWalk Technical Services Management team; coach and monitor performance.
  • •Oversee the Maximo Work Order Process to ensure work orders are assigned, completed, and closed; ensure preventive maintenance and compliance items are scheduled and documented.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in facilities/plant management and construction/project management experience.
  • •Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • •Ability to work mornings and/or evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
  • •Working knowledge of Facility Life/Safety Systems and equipment (Fire alarms-fire sprinkler systems).
  • •Strong P+L experience with budgeting and costs controls; ability to communicate effectively with vendors and all levels of management.
