Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process returned material from trucks and field teams.
  • •Unload, organize, and load outbound materials for service and install trucks.
  • •Assemble accurate part kits and stage them based on daily schedules and project timelines.
  • •Communicate shortages, overages, or supply chain issues and support timely replenishment.
  • •Maintain inventory tracking in NetSuite, enter related transactions, and perform cycle counting and inventory control adjustments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain (preferably HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors).
  • •Must be able to operate a forklift and be at least 18 years old.
  • •Attention to detail, strong communication, and a drive to deliver results.
  • •Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferable.
