Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform commercial lease abstraction and ensure data integrity for lease, license, and purchase agreements.
  • •Audit and track lease administrative deadlines and manage reporting accuracy for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Communicate with landlords, handle escalations, interpret lease terms for internal partners, and escalate matters to leadership or Legal as needed.
  • •Support property move-in/move-out workflows, manage COI collection/distribution, and coordinate utility and tax obligations with third parties.
  • •Review tenant rent and CAM charges, support recurring payment and operational responsibilities, and draft standard legal notices and landlord-tenant communications.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in commercial property management or commercial lease administration in an in-house/corporate real estate department or commercial firm.
  • •Strong ability to interpret commercial lease and purchase agreement language, including key obligations, rights, and risks.
  • •Experience with commercial lease administration concepts such as CAM reconciliation, estoppels, SNDAs, and certificates of insurance.
  • •Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and AI resources (including Claude and Gemini).
