Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish programme structure, governance model, and delivery cadence for a complex AI-focused strategic programme.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into an integrated programme roadmap and plan, defining outcomes, scope, milestones, roles, and decision forums.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage programme-level scope, dependencies, critical paths, resources, costs/forecasts, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
  • •Design, implement, and drive pilot activities, adoption, and value-measurement while monitoring progress against outcomes and delivery gates.
  • •Prepare executive updates and governance materials, facilitate steering/decision forums, manage scope changes, and maintain records of decisions, approvals, actions, and delivery evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Programme or project-management qualification such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or an Agile delivery certification (advantageous).
  • •Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple projects or workstreams.
  • •Ability to translate strategic objectives into integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance arrangements.
  • •Working understanding of requirements, testing, controls, implementation, and operational readiness.
