Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end operations management including inventory, pick-pack, facilities/asset management, operational standards, cost control, and related maintenance.
  • •Ensure inventory processes (stock-in/stock-out), shrink control, and quality for perishable goods.
  • •Guarantee efficient pick-pack processes, staffing and scheduling aligned to demand to achieve productivity and service levels.
  • •Manage property, facilities, and asset tracking; lead and develop the administrative team (5 direct reports) and operational staff (+40 indirect).
  • •Plan and manage budgets, controlling operating and payroll expenses to optimize spend while maintaining service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration of Empresas and/or related fields.
  • •3+ years of logistics and operations experience, preferably in consumer goods or supermarket industries, in a leadership role.
  • •Strong data-driven decision-making with advanced Excel skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, creativity, curiosity, and autonomy.
