Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions
  • •Demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions
  • •Provide personalized advice and solutions that meet customers’ financial goals and connect them to Bankers for next steps
  • •Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions or concerns
  • •Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with state/local laws

Key Requirements
