Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continual improvement through implementation of the Eaton Business System across the facility and plant organization.
  • •Support greenfield site opening with project management, training, hiring, and onboarding for a new team.
  • •Deploy the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) through training, facilitation, and deployment resources.
  • •Lead strategy deployment, annual operating plan development, and Balanced Scorecard reporting for OpEx.
  • •Manage capital appropriation and forecasting; coordinate operations assessments and drive improvement aligned with operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of experience in operations, CI, or OPEX in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 18-24 months (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA).
