  • •Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and customer experience goals.
  • •Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training for the store team.
  • •Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and in-district in the absence of the leadership team.
