  • •Contribute to acquisition, knowledge codification, continuous development, and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years consulting related experience or 8+ years operations working experience in any industry.
  • •Operations background with in-depth function knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, procurement).
  • •Familiarity with operational excellence transformation approaches and levers including lean and digital.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •Experience interacting with senior management (written and oral in Chinese and English).
