Job Summary

Build and ship distributed systems for NVIDIA Cloud Functions, improving performance, reliability, and scaling of workloads routed onto distributed GPU fleets. Work on an open-source polyglot platform with control plane and edge deployments, designing and delivering services in Java, Go, and Rust. Automate and optimize cloud-native build, test, integration, and release workflows, partner with other NVIDIA teams for integrations, and steward the open-source project through triage and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in a distributed team to make GPU and DPU accelerated applications easier to develop, deploy, and monitor on NVIDIA hardware.
•Design and ship services in Java, Go, and Rust, contributing transparently to an open-source public repository.
•Automate and optimize build, test, integration, and release processes for cloud-native deployments.
•Partner with NVIDIA engineering teams so the platform integrates with adjacent technologies, including the KAI Scheduler, NVIDIA NIM, Grove, and Dynamo.
•Steward an open-source project by triaging community issues and pull requests and writing documentation for contributors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 6+ years of hands-on software engineering.
•Expert-level knowledge of systems programming languages (Go, Java, Rust) and strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed software architecture.
•Strong understanding of container orchestration and container technologies, including Kubernetes, plus hands-on automation experience with continuous integration tools such as Gitlab and ArgoCD.
•Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and experience working with Unix/Unix-like kernel internals (Linux).
•Understanding of performance, security, and reliability in complex distributed systems.
