Deliver outstanding consumer experiences during peak seasons by using the C.H.A.R.M service model and supporting in-store promotions. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product and collaboration updates while following Crocs policies and asset protection procedures.
