Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an escalation point for support-related activities.
  • •Coordinate technical activities on specific accounts and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met.
  • •Design and implement complex VDI/app delivery virtualization projects using multiple technologies.
  • •Support and maintain complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.
  • •Drive high-severity incident response within scope and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with ITIL-aligned change management and accurate ticket documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience and 7+ years of engineering/support experience across x86 offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
  • •Advanced experience engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS).
  • •5+ years experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • •In-depth knowledge of on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SQL (VCP VMware Certified Professional preferred).
  • •Strong enterprise datacenter knowledge across Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS, Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management.
