Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services using established guidelines and standards, including making partner referrals.
  • •Assist customers with transactional needs and inquiries regarding balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Perform Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed to support Financial Center Manager operations.

Key Requirements
