Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Flow’s field marketing plan, translating sales and business priorities into a coherent program of events, partner activity, and digital demand.
  • •Design and run high-touch customer experiences (hands-on sessions, workshops, roundtables) and selectively attend key industry moments (NAB, IBC, HPA, festivals and markets).
  • •Run webinars and digital programs, including partner co-hosted formats, to generate and progress demand, and drive qualified traffic into trial and self-serve entry points.
  • •Build partner toolkits and manage partner co-marketing plans to drive sourced pipeline, partnering with an ABM Manager for named-account program alignment.
  • •Capture program intelligence, balance named-account and open-net demand, grow a champion/advocacy program, manage concurrent programs end to end, and measure/report impact on engagement and pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in B2B marketing, with most experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
  • •Experience marketing to, or working within, the film, television, or post-production industry.
  • •Proven ownership of in-person programs end to end, including small high-touch formats of about 20–50 attendees.
  • •Experience working directly with B2B sales teams against shared pipeline or revenue targets.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable CRM/marketing automation), able to build, track, and report independently.
