Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement Agent Architecture to build steerable, verifiable, conversational agents.
  • •Develop retrieval-grounding workflows to anchor answers to customer knowledge bases and handle ambiguous cases.
  • •Design and evaluate agent quality through metrics and customer-facing eval tooling.
  • •Drive voice capabilities to enable lifelike conversations with low latency across channels.
  • •Contribute to Simulation & Benchmarking to test agents against real-world scenarios and improve adoption.
