Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement Agent Architecture to build steerable, verifiable, conversational agents.
•Develop retrieval-grounding workflows to anchor answers to customer knowledge bases and handle ambiguous cases.
•Design and evaluate agent quality through metrics and customer-facing eval tooling.
•Drive voice capabilities to enable lifelike conversations with low latency across channels.
•Contribute to Simulation & Benchmarking to test agents against real-world scenarios and improve adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 390,000 annually
