Senior Business Transformation Analyst partnering with business leaders to map and optimize end-to-end processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN, and Lean/Six Sigma. Leads process discovery, analyzes current state, designs future state, and measures impact with ROI in mind. Builds credibility in automation/transformation, fosters stakeholder relationships, and guides enterprise-wide change initiatives for improved efficiency and value delivery.

Job Function: Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Model current and future state business processes using BPMN 2.0; perform gap analyses and lead process discovery workshops.
•Lead process improvements initiatives using lean/six sigma tools and create value stream maps and SIPOC models.
•Maintain an enterprise repository of BPMN process models and determine the impact of change to business processes.
•Develop strong partnerships with sponsors, stakeholders, and peers and apply change management practices at all levels.
•Ensure project milestones are met and regularly update stakeholders on progress, timelines, obstacles, and challenges.

Key Requirements

•Seven+ years of relevant experience in process analysis, business analysis, and project management, preferably in financial services.
•Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT Management/CS/Business or Finance is preferred.
•Experience with BPMN and DMN.
•Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
•Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
