Key Responsibilities

  • •Build friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion, including cost variance and contract cash flow management.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to support delivery of deliverables, KPIs, objectives, and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change, drive improvements in forecasts and budgets, and negotiate and agree final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a collaborative, best-for-project approach.
  • •Have experience or a sound understanding of contract management, with NEC3 and Option C preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost management including change/control, valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting.
