Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver structural engineering analysis activities, defining work packages and coordinating analysis tasks across the team.
  • •Perform structural sizing, finite element analysis, hand calculations, and software-based assessments to demonstrate compliance with certification and project requirements.
  • •Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analyses and provide robust technical recommendations.
  • •Mentor and develop less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and strengthening capability across the Structures discipline.
  • •Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and produce clear technical reports and presentations.

Salary: GBP 51,772

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Experience across multiple roles within Design and/or Structures Engineering, with appreciation of related engineering disciplines.
  • •Experience leading and integrating activities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to communicate technical information through high-quality reports, presentations, and engineering documentation.
  • •Experience in structural analysis, including finite element analysis, structural sizing, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessment.
