Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the team to provide operations support for FX Options coordinating with relevant parties to ensure all services pledged are met
  • •Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • •Lead and participate in the development, testing and implementation of new business and system enhancements
  • •Implement strategies to optimize processes enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • •Continuously monitoring team performance and execute team and people growth plans aligning to business objectives

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • •Minimum of ten years' investment banking operations experience with Global Market products, with track record of hands-on approach to FXMM and FX Options
  • •At least 2 years of management experience leading a team through a dynamic environment will be an advantage
  • •Excellent understanding of payments, controls and regulatory reporting
  • •Proven track record of driving change through innovation and automation
