Job Summary

Support attorneys on the Company’s global litigation docket by conducting legal research, assisting with preparation and filing of litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and trial materials), and maintaining accurate legal files and databases. Coordinate scheduling for depositions, hearings, and meetings, draft and edit correspondence and reports, and monitor regulatory updates. Hybrid role based in Valley City, OH or Towson, MD.

•Extensive experience with legal research, case management, and e-discovery tools and software.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner.
